Name: Miles Alexander
Year: Senior
Major: Education - Intervention Specialist
My name is Miles Alexander and I am a senior at Marietta College. I am currently earing my degree in Education as an Intervention Specialist. I play for Marietta's Men's Soccer team as well as a freshman orientation leader. My hometown is in Bellbrook, OH where I graduated from Bellbrook High School in 2010. I live with my mom and dad as well as my sister who is attending University of Dayton. My family has been a big influence on my decision to become a teacher as well as my cousin. She was born deaf and has encouraged me to pursue a license as an Intervention Specialist. I have always knew I wanted to pursue a career in Education because I have always wanted to make a difference in children's lives. Dr. Bauer has been a huge influence on my career at Marietta College. He encouraged me to become an Intervention Specialist and has been the best decision I have ever made. I am very thankful to be apart of such a wonderful program and I have learned so much from working with these wonderful students.
